Hiring someone to manage your advertising is a trust decision. These questions will help you choose well, whether or not you choose me.
1. Who will manage my account day to day?
Ask to meet the person who will actually make the changes, not only the person selling.
2. Will I own my ad accounts?
You should. Your account holds your history and data.
3. How often will you work on my account?
Ask for a specific answer. "We monitor it" is not one.
4. How will we communicate?
Find out whether you can call or text the person managing your account, or only receive reports.
5. How will you learn my business?
Good ads come from understanding your customers. Ask what they do before building anything.
6. What are the contract terms?
Month to month is reasonable for most small businesses.
7. Can you help with AI advertising?
Ads now appear in Google's AI results and in ChatGPT. A partner who understands both helps you prepare for where search is heading.
How I answer these questions
You work directly with me. You own your accounts. I improve them every one to three weeks. You can call or text me after onboarding. Every engagement starts with a Kudos Blueprint interview. I work month to month. And I manage both Google Ads and ChatGPT advertising, from my office on Augusta Street in Greenville.
